A Poem in a Shirt
A poem need not be overly complicated to express complex sentiments inherent to the human condition. Similarly, this shirt sticks to the poetic essentials, not verbose or overly-patterned but just right. It’s the sort of shirt that can make a humble chap feel like that pinnacle of manliness, Idris Elba. The sort of shirt that captures hundreds of years of shirtmaking craft and human experience in blue and white fibres. The sort of shirt that, when you wear it, makes you feel like you could scale not just puny mounts like Everest but the greatest mountain of them all: doubt. The sort of shirt that softens hardened hearts, that makes the impossible possible, that evokes the peerless beauty of Tom Selleck running around in a Hawaiian endless summer. Joseph Campbell was missing one thing about heroicness; a hero may wear a thousand different faces, but all it takes is one shirt to make an Average Joe into a hero. And this is that shirt. In short, this shirt is everything that my review is not: concise, beautiful, and a work of empowering art.
Love my shirt!
Perfect weight and drape. I would love Saint James to make the same shirt in charcoal grey and white stripes! More versatile colors
Beautiful shirt!
This is an absolutely beautiful shirt and very well made. This has already become a treasured part of my wardrobe and I can tell that this will continue to get better with age and wear. I get complimented whenever I wear this shirt and will be buying more in different colors. The wide choice of colors was the most difficult part of choosing a shirt - quite a wide-array of choices!.
