The present Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern online purchases carried out by only private individuals via the following internet site:

1) Order:
The order binding the customer is compiled upon receipt at our server along with settlement. Order acceptance implies that the customer is clearly identified by carefully completing the online order form.
For any information, the customer is able to contact one of our advisers via the site at the "Adviser contact" service or directly by telephone from Monday to Friday from 9am - 1pm and 2pm - 5pm (GMT+1) at +33 2 61 41 05 56
2) Prices:
Prices are given in Euros all taxes included. Prices can be changed at any time.
The customer is informed of the price to be paid by entering their order and undertakes to settle the amount increased by shipping cost in advance at the time they transmit their order.
Shipping expenses for UK:
For an order amount, less than £150: £10.
For an order amount of more than or equal to £150: FREE.
3) Reimbursements and exchanges:
In accordance with L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to return items ordered within a period of 30 clear days after receipt of the package. He is liable for return expenses.
In accordance with his request, exchange or reimbursement will take place in as much as the item has not been worn and has been returned with its labels in its original packaging.
4) Payment:
The customer can settle for their purchases :
- Online, at the time of order, by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard). They must give their number along with the expiry date.
Final order validation and online transmission of the credit card number are proof of order. In accordance with the law of March 13th 2000, settlement of the amount due for the items listed on the order form, increased by carriage expenses is required.
These operations act as signature and signify tacit acceptance by the customer.
5) Delivery:
Upon receipt of the order, the shipping procedure for the item(s) is carried out within the shortest possible time depending upon availability of stocks.
Delivery times are given by way of information. If the items are not available the customer will be informed by E-mail and may cancel the order. Any possible delay does not give the customer the right to refuse delivery of their order or to claim payment of interests or damages.
No complaint will be acceptable beyond one week following the date of receipt of order by the customer.
Ownership transfer of the delivered items implies complete payment. Shipping of the items can only take place in France, in overseas departments and territories or Norway and Austria, and in exceptional circumstances outside of this geographical area in accordance with shipping conditions to be defined.
6) Protection:
Forwarded information enables for the processing of the customer order. As per law n° 78-17 of January 6th 1978, concerning data processing, and data freedom, customers have the right of access, consultation, modification, rectification and suppression of communicated data.
7) Intellectual property of the site:
Visual or sound elements of the SARL CODIVET DES ESTUAIRES site, including allied technology, are protected by brand and patent copyrights. They are the exclusive property of SARL CODIVET DES ESTUAIRES. The user having a personal internet site has the possibility of placing on his site a simple direct link to the “home page” of SARL CODIVET DES ESTUAIRES site. This is not, in this case, a tacit affiliation agreement. However, any hypertext link with connection to the SARL CODIVET DES ESTUAIRES site using the " framing " or " in-line linking " technique is expressly prohibited. In any case, any link even tacitly authorized will have to be withdrawn upon SARL CODIVET DES ESTUAIRES simple request.
8) Responsibility:
SARL CODIVET DES ESTUAIRES cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience and damages regarding use of the internet network, mainly service breakdown, the presence of computer virus or external intrusion, more generally, any event falling into the category of " force majeure " by the courts.
9) Litigation:
By forwarded order, the customer accepts, without restriction, the present terms of sales. Any unforeseen conditions will be governed by the current the mail order sector procedures of companies having their headquarters located in France.
SARL CODIVET DES ESTUAIRES undertakes, furthermore, to adhere to Consumer Code mail order conditions.
