The President
Since 2013, Luc Lesénécal, former deputy general manager of the Isigny Sainte-Mère dairy cooperative, has taken over the head of the SAINT JAMES company.
After creating the companies labeled "Living Heritage Companies," he put into practice his argument "It is excellence that makes the difference" by becoming president of l'Institut National des Métiers d’Art (National Institute of Craftsmanships).
